Vehicles shown on this website
- Availability changes daily. A vehicle shown here may already be sold or reserved. Please confirm with us before travelling.
- Prices are a guide and are not binding. The price you pay is the one written in your agreement. Prices may change without notice.
- Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless we say otherwise. Colours can look different on a screen.
- Specifications are given in good faith from the vehicle's documents. Small errors are possible. Where a detail matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing.
- Duty and registration status — where a vehicle is still in bond, or is not yet registered, we will tell you before you pay, because it affects what you must do to put the vehicle on the road.
Inspect before you buy
We encourage every customer to inspect the vehicle, in person or through someone they trust, and to verify the chassis number and logbook with the Uganda Revenue Authority. We will make the vehicle and its documents available for that purpose.
Enquiries you send us
When you send an enquiry you agree that the details you give are your own and are correct, and that we may contact you about it by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Your information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
What belongs to us
The text, photographs, videos and design of this website belong to Gaso Motors. You may not copy them for your own commercial use, including to advertise vehicles, without our written permission. You are welcome to share a link to any page.
Other websites
Where we link to another website — a social media page, a mapping service, a government service — we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
What we are not responsible for
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent Ugandan law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the website alone — which is why the terms of your purchase are always set out in a signed written agreement, and that agreement, not this website, governs the sale.
Nothing here removes any right you have under Ugandan law that cannot be excluded.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please speak to us first — we would far rather put it right than argue about it.
